What you get

On completion, you receive a traceable report presenting before-and-after BDV readings together with moisture content and an assessment of the oil's overall condition — evaluated in accordance with IS 1866, with oil topped up or replaced to IS 335 where it is no longer suitable for reclamation — providing documented evidence that the dielectric strength has been restored.

Can filtration be carried out without shutting the transformer down?

Yes. Online filtration is performed with the unit energised and in service, avoiding an outage. Where the oil is heavily degraded or the core requires drying, a filtration pass during a planned shutdown is more effective. Our team operates across Lucknow, throughout Uttar Pradesh and pan-India.

When is filtration sufficient, and when is replacement oil required?

Where reduced breakdown voltage is due to moisture and particulate contamination, filtration restores the dielectric strength and the report confirms the improvement. Where the oil is chemically degraded beyond the limits of IS 1866, we advise accordingly and supply IS 335 replacement oil rather than filter oil that cannot be recovered.
