On transformers, our engineers undertake radiator and gasket leak repair, bushing replacement, tap-changer servicing, active-part inspection, re-gasketing, and oil top-up with filtration. On switchgear and breakers, we carry out mechanism overhaul, contact replacement, arc-chute inspection and re-lubrication. Work is completed on-site wherever access allows, with equipment brought into our workshop only when a full strip-down is required.
On completion of the repair, you receive a documented report presenting before-and-after test values that confirm the equipment is fit to re-energise — insulation resistance, tan-delta and dissolved-gas analysis on transformers, and contact resistance and open/close timing on breakers — prepared in accordance with applicable IS/IEC standards, including IS 1866, IEC 60076 and IEC 62271.
In most cases, no. Leak repairs, bushing replacement, tap-changer servicing and breaker overhauls are carried out on-site wherever access permits, and we bring equipment into the workshop only when the active part must be removed. Our team mobilises across Lucknow, throughout Uttar Pradesh and pan-India.
Post-repair testing is an integral part of every overhaul. On breakers we record contact resistance and timing before and after the work, and on transformers we carry out insulation resistance, tan-delta and dissolved-gas analysis. Equipment is signed off only once all measured values fall within the applicable acceptance limits.
