Why choose Tajalli Tech for panel testing and servicing

At Tajalli Tech, we provide comprehensive testing and servicing of PCC, MCC, APFC and AMF panels, which we also supply and build, designed to keep your switchboards safe, reliable and fully documented. A loose busbar joint can develop over many months as resistance and temperature rise, and is best identified by torque verification and thermographic inspection under load rather than by voltage measurement alone. Our engineers work through each board methodically, verifying busbar torque, carrying out insulation-resistance and HV dielectric tests, checking CT and PT ratio and polarity, exercising interlocks and functional trips, and confirming APFC step switching and capacitor health.

What you get

On completion, you receive a detailed routine-test report documenting recorded busbar torque values, insulation-resistance readings, HV dielectric test results, CT and PT ratio and polarity, interlock and functional-test outcomes, relay and meter checks, and APFC step-switching and capacitor readings. The report is prepared in accordance with applicable IS/IEC standards, including IS/IEC 61439, with each result recorded pass or fail and any value outside limits identified for corrective action.

Do you build panels as well as test them?

Yes to both. We supply and build PCC, MCC, APFC and AMF panels, and we also test and service existing boards of any make. Our engineers undertake this work across Lucknow, throughout Uttar Pradesh and pan-India.

Why carry out torque and thermal checks on a panel that appears sound?

A loose joint typically reads as normal until it begins to fail. Torqueing connections to specification and scanning the board under load identifies a developing hotspot while it remains a routine maintenance item, well before it can lead to an arc-flash event.
